Jerome Murphy, DC
A native of the North Shore, Dr. Jerry Murphy’s journey into chiropractic care began at age 13 after a successful experience treating lower back pain. That early spark led him to Merrimack College in North Andover, where he earned a B.A. in Biology, followed by his Doctorate from Logan University College of Chiropractic in 2006.
After beginning his career in Billerica, Dr. Murphy took over the established Krohn Chiropractic Office in Woburn in 2009. For over 14 years, he was been a fixture of the Woburn community, specializing in Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator techniques to help his patients achieve optimal health.
Specialization in Softwave Therapy
In 2022, Dr. Murphy joined the team at Becoming Balanced LLC and currently focuses his expertise on Softwave Tissue Regeneration Therapy. Having integrated this advanced technology into his practice, he has seen remarkable results in patients struggling with both acute and chronic conditions of the spine and extremities.
Dr. Murphy is dedicated to helping patients avoid invasive procedures and return to an active, pain-free lifestyle. He finds great professional fulfillment in seeing patients regain their quality of life through the healing power of Softwave technology.
Outside the Office
Dr. Murphy resides on the North Shore with his wife, Kathleen, and their twins. An enthusiast of the outdoors and hands-on projects, he spends his time golfing, cycling, and tending to his organic garden. When he isn’t in the clinic or the garden, he can often be found in his garage workshop constructing a new workbench or planter boxes for the garden.
